Since 2015, Ric has advocated for additional resources servicing the LGBTQIAS+ community. Written by Ric Simmons, president and founder, Ric has been advocating for additional resources servicing the LGBTQIAS+ community since 2015.

Ric is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, DEI National Committee Chair for the National Association of Catering and Events. Ric also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Palm Springs NACE Chapter.

Ric is also an award-winning speaker and trainer.

Ric continues to advocate for education through the INCLUSIVE Alliance.
